Not a new recipe, but one that I haven't made in quite some time. Seemed fitting for a night when I finally got back to yoga class after weeks traveling and car shopping. I was astonished both by how much I'd tightened up over the past few weeks, and how good it felt to stretch again.
Vegetable Lo Mein with Edamame and Mustard GreensThis is really an excellent recipe. It's quick to put together, adaptable, tasty, and supremely healthy. It's a good one for warm weather, too.
