Anyone who's actually reading this blog has probably noticed that we eat a lot of vegetarian meals. There's no single reason for this, it's just how we like to eat. Every once in a while, though, meat sounds really good. It's even better if it's part of a recipe that's easy to make and reasonably healthy. This recipe for Superfast Kofte fits that bill.
I'm turning 35 next week. Birthdays have generally elicited a rousing "whatever" from me, but for some reason this one actually feels like a milestone.
